Godparents
Both the people we asked to be godparents for Luke said yes! So Patti Mackin and Paul Dobo are going to be Lucas' godparents. We're very happy with our choices and feel these two people will help our child grow in the faith throughout life, and just be there for him in general.
It's neat because Paul is Julia's godfather and Patti is Sarah's godmother, so we have one godparent from one girl, one godparent from the other girl to be godparents for our son. I like the overlapping. They'll be a big part of my kids' lives, especially religiously.
It's such a gorgeous day here! Temp is 77 degrees and very sunny! Couldn't ask for a more beautiful day! I even walked Julia to school today. It was a great walk but I couldn't understand one thing. It was about 65 at the time and I saw so many people in pants and long sleeve shirts, even a couple with coats on! Julia and I strolled to school in shorts and tank tops. Floridians and they're "cold" weather..........oiy. LOL
