The 6 month mark...
...of us living in this wonderful apartment! It's been half a year since moving day and we still love it here, which is a very good thing since I said right after we moved that I was never moving again until I was at least 85 years old. lol Seriously, though, we love our apartment home and the area around it. I mean, what's not to love about being within walking distance of Super Target, Kohl's, and the mall? We've recently started to reorganize some of our apartment in preparation for a fifth human being living here. James has moved his computer and other "random stuff" to our cubby space attached to the garage. The front area of our apt we are transforming into the girls play area. It's actually a great place for it cuz there is a bay window allowing plenty of sunshine in and shelves built into the wall where we can put toys that we don't want them to scatter all over the place every day. The den (their old play area), which currently has just a futon and tv in it now, will be the baby's nursery. At first we were only going to use that room for the baby if we were having a boy and just put a baby girl in Julia and Sarah's room, but then we decided that three little kids in a room (even though it's huge) would be a bit much. I'm getting so excited about putting the nursery together in the coming months!
Anyway, it's just a good feeling knowing that we're staying in this place for awhile and can work on making it easier for us to keep it clean and organized.
