- I started, and finished a new job all in the matter of one week. I got offered more time at the school I was at originally, so I gave up the position in the afternoon to stay at my school in the AM. I still get benefits, because of the increase in my time, and I'm extremely happy to stay at St. Peter for most of the day now! YAY for not eating lunch in my car.
- I started a facebook event inviting people to join mine & Tim's team for the Great Strides Walk for CF, team "Recycled Parts". I'm taking on the role of team captain, and am looking in to all the details that needed to be worked out in order to fill this role. Currently trying to sell tickets for a Steak Night fundraiser on the 18th of this month, with proceeds going to the CCFF. Turning out to be more difficult than I anticipated it would be, but if I sell even one ticket, it would be well worth it!
- I'm looking forward to opening my Nintendo DSi that I'm getting from Tim tomorrow for my Birthday! :) Don't ask me how I know I'm getting this, I just do. Looking forward to playing Kirby's Superstars!! I'll have to learn how to balance my free time between reading books blogging, and playing Nintendo... Hehe!
- Today Tim booked my sister's flight using Airmiles. She's coming to Regina to stay at my place and visit for 4 nights at the end of April, and I couldn't be more excited!!!! It'll be the first of any of my family or friends from Edmonton have come to visit Tim and I in Regina since we moved in October!! And it's MY SISTER... I effin' love my sister. She's my best friend, and I'm dying to see her!!
-Tim has his next clinic in Edmonton on March 5th, and again, I'm looking forward to making the trip with him. He finds the 7.5 hour drive daunting, but personally I love it... Road trips are one of my fave things ever, and especially with him! :) Plus, I get to see my family and friends again, and celebrate my Birthday with them (although it'll be a month gone when I see them again). Hoping the results from Tim's CT scan show that the fungus in his right airway and lung is cleared up, and that everything else is A-OK!
- Fell off the wagon with the whole "quitting smoking" thing a week and a half again, and just getting back on the wagon again. I'm hopeful that it will go well!! With what I see and hear of people enduring and overcoming everyday, I can definetly beat this habit. Kick it in the ass!! Big time. I'm ready.
- I'm 24 tomorrow, YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I get all excited for Birthdays, yes, like a 5 year old........ YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I guess "point form" doesn't mean "short form"... If I missed anything, just ask! ;)
Sending much positive thoughts and energy your way!
Much love,
-A.
Me feeling awesome, cause it's my B-Day tomorrow, WOOOOOT! :)
