Author’s Notes: Written way back for the Carina sci-fi Holiday call, and never pubbed. Hey, it’s all good.
Summary: Lacey Jacobson’s chances for a holly jolly Christmas aren’t looking too good-forced out by her girlfriend, she’s packed her stuff and trucked home to lick her wounds in her childhood bedroom. The town hasn’t much changed: same old pizza parlor, same old drunks, same old people arguing at the coffee shop.
But home isn’t ever what it used to be, and while the plastic decorations on everyone’s lawns look the same, they’re a little more mobile than they have been in the past. And a little more murderous.
