Coming out of retirement to bake for Easter!
Bavarian Peaches and Strawberry financiers will be available. The peaches as pictured are too big. I am going to make them about 1/3 the size of that--bite sized! I will also mix and match. Five bucks a dozen of whatever.

Shortbread
1 1/2 c flour
4.78 tbsp (less than 1/2 cup) semolina
7.75 TBSP salted butter, very cold
1.4 c brown sugar
blueberry chips--wing it!
diamants
2 cups sifted flour
13.38 tbsp softened butter
1/2 cup caster sugar (superfine--just put regular granulated sugar in the food processor for a while)
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
pinch of salt
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1 egg yolk
sucre de noisette for rolling. (I toasted and ground hazelnuts, then mixed them with sugar--2 tbsp ground hazelnuts for every 1/2 c sugar)
