Tripe "stew." Creme "fraiche."

Albacore around my "neck." That's right, I went there.

If you had really "gone 'there'", it would have been this:

Alba"core" around my "neck".

LOL THE WORST PART IS THAT PEOPLE HAVE BEEN SAYING THAT I WRITE LIKE HER FOR YEARS, AND IS TILL THINK IT'S A COMPLIMENT.

I SHALL NEVER HATE YOU ANNE, NEVER. JUST STOP WRITING. ALSO, GIVE ME CREATIVE CONTROL AND PERMISSION TO WRITE THE NEXT LESTAT BOOK.

(I love your icon)

I can say for a fact that you don't write like Anne Rice. I've tried to read a couple of her books at different points in my life and I've never managed past about thirty pages before I'm like "BO-RING *TOSS*". I don't have that feeling with your writing.

IT IS A COMPLIMENT. FOR REALS. Nothing wrong with AR's basic writing skills, before she went gaga.

The bright side of having no money is that I don't have to deal with the stress of Christmas shopping. On the downside, my favorite part of Christmas has always been giving gifts. I never really get into the "Christmas spirit" until I'm excited about what I bought for people. But even when I had a job in the summers, I never have money in the winter, so I haven't bought Christmas gifts since 2005. How lame.

Your icon is mesmerizing.

I don't think you *write* like Anne Rice. I think sometimes the *themes* of your stories are similar to her best novels. Here I'm thinking the original trio of Vampire and Taltos novels.

I say nothing about your dinner. Nothing at all.

Sorry to say I only saw one episode of the Sopranos. Ever. I'm too cheap for cable TV. LoL

The original vampire trio was the shit. Queen of the Damned is still one of my favorite books evar.

I'm all about the rentals. I don't have cable either. :)
