In Preview ....
The next things I am gonna post I actually got the idea to do from a friend of mine. For acouple of weeks now we have been running a Star Wars Roleplaying Game. The story is really messed up and alot of cool shit happened and is gonna happen in it. So it was suggested that I write it out in a story for. So that is what I am going to do.
But, in order to not confuse people I am gonna do a run down of the races,that I know are in the game so far, like what they look like and examples of who they are in the movies so you can get an idea of what they look like. Plus, since this is in reality the second part of this story arc. I ran a game about a year or so ago, and this is the follow up to it, I will kinda of explain what happened in that game. I was gonna write that part out but I can't find any of my notes from it. The chapters, as they are, will be kinda staggered in posts because we only game every other week, and I have to also write out what is going on behind the scenes of the players and figure out how the villians are going to react to what the heroes, and I use that word lightly, have done.
So first off here is a run down of the races.
Human - Well everyone knows what they are.
Bothan - They are covered with fur that ripples in response to their emotional states. They have tapered ears, and both male and female Bothans sport beards. They are roughly human sized but generally live longer than humans. Bothans are not ever seen in any of the movies, but are mentioned in Return of the Jedi.
Gamorrean - They are slightly taller than humans with thick green skin covering powerful muscles. Close set eyes, a thick snout, tusks, and small horns lend a distinct look to every Gamorrean. They are the guards at Jabba the Hut's palace in Return of the Jedi.
Mon Calamari - Human size race that smells of salt and the sea. They have high-domed heads, large eyes, and smooth, mottled skin. Admiral Ackbar in return of the Jedi, the red fish guy.
Quarren - They are slightly taller than humans. They have heads that resemble four tentacled squids, hence the name "squid head" that followed to other worlds. They have leathery skin and suction cupped fingers. There is one of these guys inside Jabba's place in Jedi.
Sullustan - Humaniod with large round eyes, big ears, and jowls. In Jedi one of these was Lando's co-piolt in the Falcon.
Trandoshan - They are large than humans. Their scaly hides offer additional defense against attacks. In Empire Strike Back the lizard looking man that was one of the bounty hunters was one of these.
Twi'lek - Humaniod with long, tapered head-tails. Skin tones include shades of blue, white, and green. In Jedi a female one of these was the dancer at Jabba's, the one that got eaten by the Rancor. A male one was the translator for Jabba before C3PO got the job.
