I am so about to leave the pullip community.

If you have some old, 3 year old doll that you broke it's arm and cut off her rooted hair why do you think you should get more from it than you originally paid? The fact that you even took it out the box means every second it is loosing its value as a collection piece. AND you modded it and broke it. To me after you have modded a pullip it doesn't matter what the original doll was, all pullips have the same face structure anyway. You can't just go charging whatever you want since the doll would've been rare if you left it alone. The part that pissed me off the most is her calculating the shipping and handling from when she got the doll into her price. Its like paying for her enjoyment of the doll and then some so you can have some seriously less than perfect doll?

I'll be selling my pullips soon (at a fair price of course).  Except for the two I preordered which I don't even plan to take out of the box.

All the plans me and Lacie had are all falling apart and they're just not fun for me anymore. We wanted to do customs, make nice original doll clothes, but the people in the pullip community are so hard to deal with. Also after the whole thing with Cass even if people say they won't affiliate us with her, I doubt there will be much trust in the pullip community when it comes to selling things especially dealing with customizations.

I'll be keeping my customizing strictly to resin ball joint dolls now. They're an easier medium and they don't all have the same face so its more rewarding to me.

dolls, pullips
