It's about time
So I finally got off my ass and did some job hunting. I applied to Petco online and got apps for Office Depot, Hobby Lobby and Half-Price Books, which I will turn in tomorrow as today is a holiday. Of all those places Half-Price Books is where I'd really like to work. I love it there and they have good pay and good benefits. And a discount, which rocks 'cause they have records too. I *really* wanted the job at iSoldIt but I didn't get it. But they may have more openings another time, who knows.
So no one except Cait, who claims not to exist, has posted a comment. This vexes me. I'm terribly vexed. Out of the woodwork, people. C'mon, snap to it. I'm such a faithful stalker and no one ever returns the favour.
I'm already worried about Halloween. It's one of my favourite holidays and I have no plans and no idea for a costume. I need a good costume. Last year I was Rogue and it was really cool. Best costume ever was my Sailor Mars one. I worked my ass off on that and it was perfect. I doubt I can beat that but I want something cool. But I need somewhere to wear it. There's no point in dressing up if no one sees my costume. Someone must be doing something somewhere. That is usually the case.
Cait- I found a journal from 1997. It's hysterical. I must show it to you. Remember when we all made up awards and gave them to each other? They're all in there. Plus a lot of quotes and stuff.
Cait: "When in doubt, bite someone."
Alex: "In doubt about anything?"
Cait: "No, just a policy."
