A free weekend!
Hello All ....
Weather in Seattle has been all over the news, but honestly, it wasn't that bad. At least not in my region of the Pacific Northwest! We got sooo much rain, it was bloody insane!!!!! It rained HARD for 24hrs straight, I've never ever seen rain like that! I actually needed an umbrella, the first time during my career in Seattle.
What am I up to? Mostly just preparing for the (lame) Holidays. Working on my home-grown gifts for friends & family. When you're poor, you gotta get your buck to stretch as far as you can. Quaint little gifts are "cheap" and heart-felt. Mostly the latter, eh?
Scrabulous rocks. You should all try it.
Noodles is my baby - she's passed out right now. She's grown and is in desperate need of a winter jacket. So fucking cold! Time to stock up on scarves & hats!
Went riding briefly today, too muddy (due to flooding) to ride in the outdoor arena. The indoor arena is too narrow & uneven for good work - so I mostly just trotted figure-8s. Eh, at least I was back in the saddle, eh?
