Plugged Duct :(

I have a massive plugged duct!  It hurts and nothing is coming out when I pump.  Emma will nurse, but it doesn't help the hard spot.  You can visually see the sopt where it is swollen with milk.  I have been doing massage and I am about to jump in the shower for a bit and then Emma is going to come in with me and nurse in there.  She loves to nurse in the shower, so hopefully she can pull it out.

I went 14 months without any realk issues and now this!  I just really hope it doesn't turn into mastitis.
