Not a good night last night

We had a Mexican casserole for supper last night.  It was so good, going down.  Not so good at 4 in the morning coming back up.  After I heaved my guts out, I went back to sleep.  Only to wake up with a major cramp in my calf!  It hurt soooooooo bad!  And I could hardly walk for a couple of hours after, but it seems to be ok now.

I can tell labor is approaching, the signs are starting to really appear.
