Hm...well, the first (totally cracktastic) thing that comes to mind is what if Kara ends up in the X1/X2 time (X3 didn't happen, of course)?

The question is...can she return to other times? And can she alter events in the past?

See, THAT's the real question. Can she really change anything? When you mess w/ time travel it gets a little fuzzy.

Have you ever read/watched the movie of The Time Traveler's Wife? I was thinking it was more like that...

Because she could come back and forth for a day two? Until she tries to trigger it again? Like...she keeps trying to come back to Erik because she thinks that maybe that would be where she could be most helpful (as opposed to say the Colonials whom don't need her anymore). Like, she jumps erratically within his timeline? So today she's in the events of X2, tomorrow she's in the 80s, then in X1, and then she's there just after the beach divorce?

Thoughts?

I haven't read/seen Time Traveler's Wife, but I'm familiar with the premise.

I like the idea of Kara skipping around in his timeline...but she'd have to affect the X-Men Universe in some way...without creating paradoxes that rip apart the space-time continuum or whatever.

Either way, I think THIS NEEDS TO HAPPEN.

time travel isn't set in stone. But i like the idea of certain events being set in stone and ultimately unchangeable.
