...Y'know let's just focus on what I have done:
Work on stretches at least 5 days per week
Attend 12 lessons of a physical activity
I now go to the gym 3 days a week, for roughly 30~45mins. I use the weight machines and do yoga/stretches. It isn't 5 days a week, but I am stretching regularly. I've definitely been more than 12 times, so the second goal is done.
Practice wearing kimono and wear to at least one event
I went to the yukata and kimono event at Restaurant feel last month, and I'll be going again this month.
Visit one other country
Did that.
Also if all goes well I will be visiting mainland China and Hong Kong fairly soon.
Everything else

I've been writing kanji sporadically, and worked on Chinese a bit, and went on a few dates, but really I've totally neglected most of the stuff on the list for a few months. I'm getting more serious about polishing my Japanese now, and I'll definitely work on Chinese before I actually go there. Let's see what I can get done in the next six months...
