Morning. How is everyone? Before I know it, it's already got to be this late. Well then… I guess I'll answer everyone's tweets for the first time in a while. Let's see how it goes.

I did a light warm up for two hours, then had meetings from 11o'clock, then recording from 2pm, then to the salon at 6pm and now I'm having my hair colored. When it's done, I think I'm going back to recording.

But if you do that you'll ruin your figure. What's important is to decide the actions you will proceed with firmly. It's okay to eat carbs in the morning or day, but not at night. Stop eating at night 5 hours before bed. You can lose 5kg in 3 months just by doing that.
