At least 3 years ago I downloaded this video from Yumeki.org:
I LOVED that song from the moment I heard it, but I never knew who sang or the name of the song, until a few days ago that I got the original audio.
Well, it turns out that the song of the video is is called Sailor Fuku to Kikanju and is sung by Hoshi Izumi as main theme of a drama with the same name.
I really really reaaaaaaaally love this song, makes me cry every time I heard it ;-; the lyrics are so meaningful. I found a performance from 1982 by the original singer Yakushimaru Hiroko.

Ooh, and that it is ending from Lucky Star, sung by Emiri Kato, Kagami's seiyuu...
