Today was good
Today was a good day.
1. Went to Chez Colette with students. Yummy croissants and eggs florentine.
2. Taught sign language, which I really enjoy.
3. The weather was amazing!
4. Said weather allowed for grilling. Poblano chicken salad, calabacitas guisadas (stewed zucchini), and grilled pineapple and mango.
5. No school Thurs/Fri this week, so today was like our Thursday already.
