Last week, my co-teacher and I suggested to our students that instead of our typical meal planning class, we do an exotic fruit tasting. ( pics under the cut )
Hey, some suggestions for the veggie one: daikon and bok choy. I hadn't (knowingly) had either one before recently and now they are both on my favorites list and I have them at least a few times a week. Also, I've found out that acorn squash is really good even raw.
