Love is an addiction
This week I finished reading "Why We Love: The Nature and Chemistry of Romantic Love" by Helen Fisher. I spent most of the book saying variations of "Duh!" and "Research grants are being used for this?!?" under my breath. The only thing that was informational was learning the actual brain chemicals and areas that become more active in people who are in love. I also spent most of the book waiting for the obligatory chapter on homosexuality to appear at the end, but there wasn't even a chapter - just one paragraph.
