Yesterday at college we got back our 'Belbin' team roles. I found out that, both by my responses, and the responses of 6 people who knew me/worked with me that I am a ( resource investigator )

Yeah I have done this one twice seemed to be freely and easily available in universities anyway (I had a copy of the test and marking somewhere at one stage)
Interestingly got completely different results the second time - can't say I am a big believe in psychometrics

Not done Belbin, but if I'm not a computer geek specialist, then I don't know who is;)

I'm mainly a Monitor-evaluator, which is great. I can point out flaws, highlight problems and whenever anyone says 'You only see problems, not solutions!' I get to shrug and point at whatever the Plant/IdeasPerson role guy is.

I can also turn my hand to Shaper for some neurotic drive leadership, but I'm definitely not a completer/finisher.

Can't remember, I did it at L&G, so it's a long time ago now. Whichever is the most bossy I imagine ;)

Yep,

Remember doing it on an external course.

Pretty even split between the shaper (agressive and challenging ohh!) & the plant (thoughtful & creative.

Resource investigator -thats the bridge personality right?

That would figure - my old boss was the same as you, and we worked well on a team together.

By the way katchuri and I are trying to work out if you're Michael Petch
