my new years resolutions are to take more naps outside and punch paris hilton in the arm. (thats right, im taking on TWO resolutions this year. tough shit, i know.)
new years was fun, crazy fireworks and what not. spent the nigh at jackies. we were watching i love the 90s and it was talking about nirvana and the grunge rock movement and how it originated in cities w/ adverse weather conditions and a surplus of plaid flannel. it was in that moment that i realized i belong in seattle.
afterwards yaki and i did a media run. first borders, then in the flurry headed to tower. the fallout- 4 dvds and 4 cds. among the mix: requiem for a dream, velvet goldmine, before sunrise, SLC punk...for the cds: the cure, nirvana (bit of a kick), helio sequence, and a death from above remix cd. not bad
ps- everyone who has already given up on christmas break sucks!!
