separate bank accounts, brother...

One joint account for necessities, one for her discretionary fund (like pizzas), and one for yours.

I second (third?) the separate bank account idea. Sounds like it could solve a few problems with a minimal amount of hassle. At the very least, it's a step in the right direction and a declaration that this is a serious issue. It sounds like she just doesn't believe that her actions are destructive.

I wish I could offer more advice. Candidly, I would have been the fuck out of there by now.
