But, something evil crept out of you
going, unnoticed, shadowed by your Light, into the dark places of my spirit

I opened the very core of my being and welcomed you in
Open-armed
Where your demon lay low
Watching, waiting, for the perfect moment to pounce
and like a gazelle startled by a rusling in the brush
I watched, helplessly as you tore me absolutely apart
Until nothing could mend the tear between us
And your truth showed through
The disgust I feel towards you consumes me now
You are false -- you are manipulation
using every innocent soul along the way in order to get where you want to be
You fill your own perscription for happiness - sparing no expense
But, no longer will i sit with my tongue between my teeth
