I just realised that I've been staring blankly at this screen for at least ten minutes. I'm physically here but it would seem that my mind is off with the pixies. Damn those pixies! How dare they take my concentration, sprinkly it with pixie dust and run away with it. *humph*
However, reality is that I'm just not motivated this afternoon to do anything remotely academic and I need someone to blame that lack of motivation on.
The Vice - Chancellor of QUT has proposed to close the school of Humanities. They are not accepting enrollments for mid-2007 entry. Not cool loser....So not cool. This also means that you can no longer do a double degree in Arts/Business, Arts/Law, Arts/Education....You get the idea. This is possibly the most retarded part about this decision. I'm angry *makes angry face*. Very angry. I can't wait to get out of university. We all know I sort of studied the wrong thing but what about the people that actually want to study this. They should all go to UQ. Screw QUT.
As per my last post, it was about a certain young man that makes me smile. I'm smiling right now. He makes me happy. Now you can all be un-mystified.
It's freezing in here! I'm tossing up between freezing cold uni or going home to four hours of beginner violin. Such choice.
