I always prefer sunrises compared to sunsets because it seems to signify a new beginning rather than an end. However, I have taken many nice photos in the evening just before the sun goes down and when it is during Fall or Winter, the serenity and beauty is somewhat highlighted.
The world is really a beautiful place if you can take the time to look at it with different perspectives and allow yourself to slow down and not go through life so quickly, giving yourself time to rest, relax and heal.
