Those colored sugar puffs
The last time we were at Canele intending the order some macarons for dessert, they were all completely sold out. I figured they must at least be decent so I made a mental note to get them somehow.
I wished I could try every flavor but that will send my blood sugar levels sky high so I tried to pick out what I thought was the best.
Orange bergamote, raspberry framboise, coffee, feuillitine ganache and caramel sel.
Verdict? I like them! The salty caramel was a bit too sweet but it was still good. Flavors tasted authentic and not artificially flavored. I would buy them again in future.
