I've posted this picture before but decided that this deserved a post by itself. I have never been quite a fan of macarons but during the recent Hong Kong trip, we were both suddenly 'into' macarons. Strange but true. This box of LGB macarons was a gift from my ex-boss. In fact, she used to pamper my team with macarons each time we traveled to Hong Kong for work. Though pricey, I do like these macarons. The fruity and chocolate flavors are my favorite, actually, all of them are good.
I still would like to make an attempt at baking these but uh obviously haven't found the time and commitment to do so!
