Condensed milk buns
I would think that is my absolute favorite type of food from Hong Kong. There is something extra tasty about the condensed milk toasted buns at Tsui Wah. The buns are crispy yet soft on the inside with just the right amount of butter and milk. We tried a few others but it didn't quite make it for me. So each time I visit HK, it is a must-have for me!
