[Sexy finds the Doctor on his way to work. She's sure she had something very important to ask him, but all of a sudden that seems much less important than kissing him.

Which is... what she does, without questioning it, wrapping her arms around him.]

Sorry. Hello. I think I... meant to do something else, just now.

[He looked like she might have had something important to say, which made the kissing thing just that much more confusing when it happened. He stays with his arms wrapped around her for a few moments afterward, for several reasons.] Did you? I'm sure I was doing something else as well, but I can always make time for my beautiful shiperson. I guess in a way it's a bit more socially acceptable to be physically affectionate with you now?

[A playful smile. Oh, this one is always so much fun.]

I'm sure I don't know much about society. It's not really my area.

You always seem to know enough about it to make sure we land in either precisely the correct or opposite place we meant to. [Because clearly that's not an operator error issue.] How's that going then? Integrating into society. Well, as much as this place is a society. It's really more like a few hundred societies mashed on top of one another fighting for dominance with someone coming in every few days to upset the fruit basket. Probably not the best place to first try and integrate into.

[Buffy will catch the Doctor fairly early in her tirade, far before she gets to the Underground and on his way back home. This time she's walking out of an alley and steps in front of him, turning to head toward the Underground. Really. Except now there's mistletoe and a tall, skinny guy in a suit that apparently needs molesting.

Fancy being pushed against a wall, Doctor and have another blonde run her fingers through your hair while she kisses you? Hope so! Because that's what's happening now.]

[See he had honestly thought all of this curse stuff was finished with by now, and for a moment had no idea what was going on and then all of a sudden things because very familiar for a myriad of reasons. This kiss has the makings of two other immediate kisses he can think of off the top of his head, although this person seems a bit shorter. Nnnnnn, the hair.

Yeah, it probably takes a few seconds before he can get around the curseness of it and break it off, whereupon he immediately attempts to hold her out at arm's length, and due to her likely strength, mostly succeeds in just pushing himself further back into the wall.]

Hello there. Cursed? Is that still happening?

[Oh ye of great faith...

Yes. It does result in that but once she notices he is trying to get away, she'll take a step back, arms wrapping around her waist in her classic don't touch position.]

Sorry. Yes. Definitely curse still happening. I kissed my...Faith. Other slayer and a man in a trench coat and a man in a leather coa--there's a curse or a coat thing happening. Not that Faith...I'm Buffy.

[He can be a bit obtuse on occasion but he does notice that super defensive, unhappy sort of posture she adopts very rapidly. His flippancy shifts a bit. He stays leaned back against the wall and shoves his hands in his pockets.]

Leather coat. Big ears: that leather coat? Might be a coat thing. I've had a coat on most of the day - well, I usually have one on, but, semantics - and keep being... found. I think it's a bit more to do with the random bits of mistletoe all over. You alright?

[Lily is on her way to the library around lunch. She catches sight of the man doing something with...well she's not sure what it is--possibly a wand. Curiosity drives her over to the clump of mistletoe that he's working on and at first she just looks up, head tilted then she looks over at him. She goes up on tiptoe, pointing and intending on asking what that is.]

What's that you're--[His lips are very close so she's just going to kiss him while she's being curious.]

[He notices her next to him pretty quickly, having been on edge about close interphysical proximity all day now, but at a glance she just seems interested in what he's doing, so he assumes she's either not cursed or that what he's trying to do to this bit of mistletoe is actually proving effective. He starts working out how to explain what it is that he's doing even before she starts asking her qu---

Oh, well. Apparently it isn't working.

When the kiss ends, he looks at her for a couple of moments, and then dives right into the explanation he had been formulating for her.] I'm trying to resonate the molecular structure with a high frequency sonic modulation so that the plant literally shifts into something else. If it isn't mistletoe, it isn't cursey. I hope. Apparently it's not working. [Oh, still very close.]

[The fact that he jumps right back to normal helps a good deal. Lily hates this curse. So much. She's married and she'd rather not go around kissing people. She doesn't quite understand everything he's saying because technology is a fail for her but she gets the jest.]

You think we can neutralize the curse by changing the mistle toe to something else? [The briefest of pauses while she gets her wand from her pocket.] Why didn't you say so?

[With a quick transfiguring spell the mistle toe is now a lily.]

I'm Lily Potter. Fancy kissing me at all because I don't you.

[She's married and he's just got into the beginning of what's already been at least a four year relationship, so running about kissing people isn't really that high on either of their lists, I think.

He's pleased she caught on to the idea and almost flips out when she magicks the plant. He watches it transfigure completely, then looks at her, looks back at the flower, sonics it for comparison, and then looks back at her again. A moment later, she gets a bright grin.] Brilliant! Which sort of magic is it? I've seen wands - well, I had one, I got to be a Merlin - but yours is different than mine wa--- oh, you know what, we probably ought to try and get more mistletoe done. Want to find more?

[Dean's figured this curse out by now. He remembers it from last year and honestly he likes this curse but he likes to pick who he kisses for the most part. When he flat out runs into the thin man in the suit, there's not a good deal of picking. He's roughly the same height so he just sort of leans in and kisses him.]

[What is happening. He was nearly knocked on his arse and now there is kissing. It feels very odd to be kissed by someone his own height, although clearly in completely different weight class, and the stubble. When the kiss is over he takes a step back and looks at the other man.]

Hello there.

Oh for fuck's sake...

[Dean is less amused because it's Dean.]

I hate this place. I'm Dean Winchester and cursed.

I'd figured. You don't quite seem the type. Not that you couldn't be. I'm the Doctor. I'd say it was nice to meet you but I think you might not consider it the same.

[ Amy hadn't meant to kiss the Doctor. She'd seen him, of course, and walked over to greet him, the "Doctor!" dying on her lips when she stops before him and oh, hello, mistletoe-- so instead of finishing that word, her lips are suddenly on his. And really, how unfair is that? If she were to do this again, at least there should be some advance warning, so she could enjoy this properly. ]

[Well that works, because he hadn't meant to be kissed. It seems to be happening a lot today.]

Nice to see you too, Amy. Cursed or just taking advantage of an opportunity? [Because for some reason it feels more okay to prod at Amy about things like this.]

[ She puts her hands on her hips, indignant. ] Please. If I were taking advantage, that would have been a better kiss.

Oh? Good to know. A little warning next time, we can probably get to better.
