This is truly and subtlely disturbing. I love the way that Mycroft is just inaccessible.

My oldest daughter was checked for a B12 deficiency just today. For some reason this makes the story creepier, even though that isn't an important part of the story, of course.

I loved the list of John's smiles, and I adore the annotation idea.

This story for me is a chance to play around with visual story telling I wouldn't dare to use on a "regular" story. It's so much fun, though. I really liked the insane annotations in House of Leaves. They're great fun :)

I love "House of Leaves," but wow, what a tough book to crossover with! Thus far I'm really enjoying it...the annotations are great, and the story is really engaging. Can't wait to see where this goes!

I really enjoyed House of Leaves. It's such a strange but fascinating book. I had to order it specially from the UK 'cause it's not even purchasable in my country - too hard to translate, maybe?
