Genshiken review (sort of)
I watched Genshiken today and I didn't think that it actually suited my tastes. What should I say... one of my friends claimed it as a brilliant work, but I didn't see anything beyond the everyday life of an otaku club in a university. The slices of scene from Kujibiki Unbalance was rather amusing, but still... it's not an anime I'll faithfully watch to the end. ^^;; My bad.
Although the story and artwork don't impress me, I find myself hooked on its ending song, Biidama by Saori Atsumi. Ah, this singer has gotten me hooked for the second time. She also sang a gorgeously sweet song for Midori no Hibi's ending (Mou Sukoshi, Mou Sukoshi) <3 I really, really love her cute voice and the songs she composed. I don't know if she has released an album yet, but when she does, I'll definitely be snatching it off the shelf as soon as it comes out.
