I was aksed to design these outfits for a new-fresh cosplay group in Ho Chi Minh.
This is [Black] Hetalia, mean the other point of view in Hetalia World [not fun, just blood and war] - Black Hetalia is just the way I call it. Ofc, it's also fan-made. Like this outfits, not exactly with original ones, but similiar with fan-works.
