A short while later, Adric was knocking on the Doctor's door.

Adric hugged the Doctor back. "I'll miss you, too." He was happy to hear that, though. The Doctor's opinion was important to him, and he was glad to know he mattered so much to him.

Adric liked the jelly babies and yo-yo, but his grin grew at the sight of the randomizer. It would be just like traveling with the Doctor to be able to show up at any time or place. "It's perfect! Thank you!"

And with that, he hugged the Doctor again.
