Choices.
If there was a choice between being a fairweather friend or being insincere n a hypocrite, I think I know where I would stand. Being a hi-bye friend is better than being a fake friend. And the risk of u being entangled in your friends' problems is greatly decreased. Just a simple smile when you meet, a handshake where you both lean in to cement your kinship. Keep to your side if the fence. Don't intrude.
Which is why I prefer to keep things to myself. Quid pro quo, I dun need your help, you don't look for me when you need help. Capish?
So what is this about? It's about making the wrong choices the least damaging to me now. Ima be selfish from now on Tommy, dun expect me to share.
