The so-called truth about the LJ debate

While IPO information is public knowledge, and makes sense as to why they would overreact, the title of it alone puts her in the same class as Six Apart and Warriors for Innocence (WfI)
Has anyone even READ WfI's page????????

Now they offer some very good links, however, this is a small private group of only 3 or 4 people. It is not an organization. They are far too arrogant in how they go about it. It seems they're more interested in the fame/acclaim then in the ends.

Is an organized group who works to raise awareness about predators as well as point law enforcement towards them. This is a decent organization with clearly stated goals and links to other valid organizations. They also have listed LJ as having predators and predator communities.
Now, admittedly the one person, Sue, now has her page locked, very well could be the nutter Stewardess describes her.
But, while there are sufficient news articles to support the IPO and Six Apart's role, there is NO evidence to even suggest that WfI is a Neo-Nazi organization.
Her charge that "Neo-Nazi's have adopted the Confederate flag" is just as ludicrous and unsupported. (http://www.federationofstates.org/flag.htm and http://www.usflag.org/history/confederatestarsandbars.html)
I'm getting pretty disgusted by all of this.
Now, IF, you all are interested in some GOOD articles about what happened, how it happened, that includes BOTH sides of the story, here ya go

Sadly Stewardess ONLY wants to BLAME Six Apart, and not accept that there are indeed pedophiles trolling LJ.
Six Apart's "Greed" is most definitely a factor in their overreaction, however:
IF THERE WERE NO SEXUAL PREDATORS THEN THE ENTIRE EVENT WOULD NOT HAVE OCCURRED WfI WOULD HAVE HAD NO FREAKING AMMUNITION WITH WHICH TO SCARE SIX APART.
And really shouldn't that be the point to all of this? Shouldn't we be more concerned with the fact that there are, or at least were till WfI screwed it up really predators within LJ?
