is it still me that makes you sweat?
i owe a decent update.
it's been a crazy month or so.. lots of downs,
but some really fantastic ups.
i found out on tuesday that i don't have 5 more
classes left to complete my degree - i have 8.
so i'll need to take two online this summer,
five during the fall semester, and one in
the spring because that class is the senior
communications seminar that is only offered
to seniors in their spring semester. fucking a.
but at least i can still work full time.. i
just won't really have too much of an option of
working at a real job. unless the res wants to
help me out and give me a raise and a promotion.
rah.
the res has been something of a nightmare lately.
so much yelling, so much nagging.. i get that we
need to change our mindset to change the bad numbers
we're getting on our surveys, but i can't be dealing
with that at 11:00 PM the night before i have an
exam.. and an 8 AM at that. Stupid nonsense that
isn't fair and that no one really has the balls enough
to speak up.. it's just such a catch 22.
the more i think about disney in june the more excited
i get. this will be one of the first real trips that
i'll have taken alone, just with a friend. adri
and i used to go to north conway all the time, but
we never flew. and sean and i go to NC but it's his
parents house. so this will be AWESOME.. we're planning
on going out every night, laying by the pool, going to
the parks - i'm just stoked. i need the getaway.
i'm skipping humanities today to leave early for
NY. the only reason why i'm staying here for modern
art at 12:30 is because my professor is passing out
our exams that we took on monday, and i want my grade.
i'll probably sneak out early or tell her i have to
leave. i just want to go! spring break begins the
second i get into my car today. can't get better than
that.
next weekend sean comes here. i got him blue man
group tickets in boston for his birthday, so that will
be awesome. and he'll be able to be here thursday and give
us another long weekend together, which we could really
use. makes me happy. i'm excited.. the next two weekends
will be really fun.

exhausted from the 5 hour sleep i almost didn't get last
night.
