No, probably not - no access to a horn :(

If they have mellophones or horns for borrowing this year, I will, but otherwise I have nowhere to get one. Nobody around here rents them for less than a year!

There's information about the alumni band here: http://virtual.clemson.edu/groups/CUTBA/ doesn't say anything about mellophones, though.
