A good weekend
Well, this past weekend was very nice. It is the weekend before my birthday and there were a lot of fun things going on. On Saturday, it was the annual tradition of going to the NJ Devils hockey game with my family. We had a great time there, and the Devils won the game 1 to 0 against the Blue Jackets. We sat in my favorite section of the arena, of course, number 217. The game wasn't that exciting, I have to admit though. Only one good fight the entire game. We did get some pee-wee hockey during the first intermission though, so that was nice. The best part of the night was actually the "colorful" comments being given by the fans nearby.
On Sunday, things even got better. On Saturday, before the hockey game, my Uncle called and invited me to go to the NY Giants football game. So, Sunday I was back out again, just this time to the football game. I had a fun time there as well, though it was really really windy out. The Giants played Tampa Bay and won the game. The wind made the game really interesting to watch since the teams had a lot of trouble passing the ball and kicking it. I had a great weekend overall and hope that other years could be as good as this one was.
