Presents for Me!!
I got two fantastic presents in the last 24 hours. One was a very ravishing and very hip scarf sewn in two pieces--light-weight, and wide, from Ms_Banazira. She said it was for me in my hippiness. I love it because accessories are so uplifting, and she knows it. I needed the lift. I am appropriately uplifted.
Second. Another friend, ratcityres, who knows I am totally stalking and into gay sex columnist and author, Dan Savage, wrote him and sent him a picture for him to sign for me. It was a picture from election night--and I was at that election night party. Dan wished me merry xmas xxxxoo. And because for right now he is among my very most admired, I just loved it. Go read his books. Funny, smart and edgy and strong.
