After watching an episode of Desperate Housewives tonight I came to a conlusion: I hate voice-overs in television series. The voice-over in Dead Like Me was one of the main reasons why I stopped watching it. I thought that the voice-over in Desperate Housewives wasn't so bad. But after a few episodes it started to irritate me again. The know-it-all attitude, the pauzes in the narrative before telling the clue as if the viewer hadn't guessed it already.. it annoys the hell out of me.

I really hope tv-show writers don't make a habit out of using voice-overs
