To blog or not to blog...
Ooh so much to blog about... I guess it's good that Scott and I's nerdy blog site is just about ready to be unleashed! We've bought the domain "nerdburner.com", and Scott's put a lot of effort into programming things to work awesomely. We're still testing and whatnot, but I'll make sure to post a link to it once we go live! :D
I bought some new beads yesterday, which is also exciting (I haven't bought anything new in quite a while)!! I'm attempting to put together a wire-wrapped circlet, but the store is out of the thin .04 wire that I use for wrapping, so I'm a little out of luck right now. I did make the base pieces yesterday though (I use a much thicker and sturdier wire for that), and it's looking cute thus far (I'm trying for a winged-theme circlet, if that makes any sense to anyone)! Yay new beading stuff!!
I've come across so many adorable indie shops lately, I'd love to blog about them all, but I'm going to save that for nerdburner, haha. However, I can't resist posting a site I found this morning, Shanalogic. I think I'm in love with their crocheted mouse hat, and $30 is a reasonable price for such a cute unique hat!! <3
I also love this Kyoto messenger bag! It's too bad it's made from vinyl, of which I'm not a big fan.
