Stuff
My field placement this semester is in a 4th grade class. I went for the first time last week and my cooperating teacher is really cool and the kids are cool too.
Math methods and my special ed class both seem awesome. They don't have a ton of work so thats nice.
I dropped my spanish lit class. I understand what my teacher is saying but I don't really understand what I'm reading and its so fast paced I was just getting overwhelmed and it was starting to fly over my head. I should have gotten a hint when my teacher told us that at other schools this class is taught over two semesters and we do it in one.
I'm getting up at 3:30am tomorrow (omg like Jaime!). My mom's friend from Florida is coming up to work with us and he's staying with us for a while. He's taking a train and it only goes as far as Toledo and gets in at around 5am. My mom can't see as well in the dark to drive so I'm going with her. Oh boy! So I'm going with her, coming home, going to my field placement until they go to lunch and then I'm going home and going to sleep.
