Because I feel like sharing
On July 12 I went to New Jersey to visit best friend Sara. We had a super awesome time and pics are on facebook. I'm too lazy to upload to photobucket and copy links into here. If we're not fb friends and you want to be, lmk and we shall add each other.
So New Jersey was full of fun - mall, Philly, New York, Ocean City, Atlantic City, HARRY POTTER, and general just being awesomeness. We were going to go to the zoo but the day we wanted to, it was tooooo hot. So we went to Ikea - the zoo of fine home furnishings.
Sara and I also made awesome shirts for Harry Potter. The front has the deathly hallows symbol. The back of mine says "The boy who lived" and the back of hers says "Weasley is our king" Because I'm Harry and she is Ron.
While there, I noticed this bump on and next to my tailbone and i was like wtf is this? It hurts! I texted my aunt who is a nurse and she said it could be a Pilonidal cyst. It ended up being that. As the bump (which was an abscess - how the eff did it get infected??) grew, it hurt more to put pressure on it.
The day after I got back (Thursday the 21st), I ended up going to the ER where i was given the most painful shot of anesthetic ever. On a scale of 1-10 it was a 12 and I tolerate pain pretty well. I have a new rating scale of pain/shots based on how hard it is to breathe while crying. No joke.
But the ER doctor was very nice and told me it would hurt. After the shot which numbed it very well he lanced (cut open) the abscess and squeezed out what he could. And because I was numb it felt like a really weird butt massage. He packed it and bandaged it and gave me antibiotics and told me to go to the surgical clinic at the hospital (our hospital is huge. Seriously. Its like a small town) on Monday.
I now know why my dog tries to run away from his butt when he needs his anal glands...whatever they do to drain them. Motrin 800's and laying down, the weekend was kinda ehh. Monday we went to the clinic and saw a surgeon (Dr. Yang lolol) and he told us to repack it everyday and come back in 2 weeks. Repacking wasn't fun as it resulted in at least 4 owww's while my mom did it. Last weekend it started that the packing didn't want to go in and when it did, it didn't want to stay in. With no other instructions than to pack it b/c the clinic is closed on the weekends, my mom got it in as best she could and taped over it.
I went back to the clinic this Monday and I saw a nurse, a med student, and what I could only assume were the resident and the attending. It was like a little party. I don't have to pack it anymore - YAY - but the attending said if it gets infected again I'll have to get the cyst removed. That won't be fun so I don't want another infection. Its tricky though because idk how it got infected in the first place.
School starts in less than a month :O but I'm excited for class since I took the summer off.
My sister is an ungrateful, narcissistic bitch but thats nothing new. On Friday she said she was moving out (only now she says in a ~few months~) and my mom asked her why because she can't afford to and my sister had a shit fit because she never talks to my mom about stuff that is bothering her (she talks to our dad who lives in Ohio and never comes to see her and she has picked up all his bad traits) so shit fit included screaming at my mom (and this is happened at least 3 times before) so this time I actually pushed her and told her (yelled at her) not to talk to our mom like that. Shit fit, screaming, my mom told her to leave because she was being such a terrible, awful bitch. And she did - but she stayed at her boyfriend's house with him and his parents for the weekend. My sister is 20 btw. My mom spent most of the weekend crying due to bitch of a sister. She came back last night and i think she expected everyone to be like oh yay! we forgive you.
Yeah, I don't forgive her. Not yet. I don't forgive anyone easily. And especially not just because you came back and expect it. ~I wasn't the one in the wrong, ~I don't have anything apologize for. ~You have to show me why I should forgive you.
