More life stuff
My life has been...interesting hahaha. You might already know some things from twitter or texting but thats ok.
I went to the doctor today for the ultrasound and seeing the doctor. It turns out I had an ovarian cyst which ruptured - which is probably why it hurt so much Thursday. The cyst probably happened during ovulation so I probably won't have a period this month lol. I'm going to take birth control again. The pill suppresses the ovaries which makes less likely to get cysts. I was on birth control before to try and get the first cyst to shrink but it didnt work and I didn't really need to take birth control so I stopped. Now I get to start againn. The doctor said the pain from the ruptured cyst will stick around for another week or two while the stuff...dissipates. And the lumpy thing is a swollen lymph node.
My sister
Her doctor has been changing her meds and yesterday she was feeling suicidal so my mom took her to the ER. After quite a few hours of waiting, the social worker talked to her and was going to admit her. The psych ward at the hospital by our house doesn't take our insurance (weird) so she was transferred to another hospital. She got transferred last night and we talked to her today. The doctor there put her on some other medication and shes doing better. They want to keep her to the weekend and we're going to visit her tonight.
My tuesday class, I rock it. I got a 9/10 on the vocab quiz we had, 47/50 on the test from last week and 50/50 on the project we turned in :D My Thursday class I'm also rocking. We got 94% on our group presentation and i got 48/50 on both papers. Go me!
Yesterday I sent off the presents for Steph and Phoebe's birthdays. I'd say what they are but both of them read my journal :p. Steph may not but we're still LJ friends.
My field placement is tomorrow. Fun fun.
