Sarah, CPR, Miami Music
Sarah's back! Yay! We did our usual stay up hella late and randomly clean thing last night, including rearranging her room, and moving really heavy tall huge furniture around. We haven't made mac and cheese yet though...we'll have to get on that.
I also TECHNICALLY got CPR and first aid trained today, but I don't know how sketchy it really was. I'm sorry I set my alarm wrong, ok?! Oh well, I've learned most of it before, so hopefully it'll be there when I need it if there's an emergency.
Still on my quest for exactly what and how to study the music I want to. I thought I found a way, at Miami, which I had refused to look at before cause that's where Lissa and Kelly go and I didn't want to follow more LW kids. No one ever really talks about Miami's music school but it is really good. They have a major called Studio Music/Jazz, but I guess it's technically just Studio Jazz. Lame. They focus on more studio music with vocalists but not instrumentalists. A good thing though is that they have film music composition classes at all and for some of the majors they make you take them. It just seems like more of a well rounded music school that's not COMPLETELY stuck up (just mostly, I'm not completely naive). I will continue to do more research, but I'm really NOT an East Coast girl. But I can't fathom going to USC and could I really do UCLA? I'll keep you updated.
