Friday and Weekend Goings-On
So I guess cause I am done with classes for the day and have nothing to do, I can update my lj. Wow, what a productive use of time. I actually went to music history today, which is shocking cause I haven't been in like 2 months and I STILL fell asleep! But I didn't go to English cause I didn't do the homework and Alysa wasn't going either cause she is at Benaroya Hall rehearsing for their concert tomorrow, so I had no inspiration to go. Yeah, there is a WE concert at Benaroya Hall and I guess it is a big deal because no large symphony has ever invited a wind band to come play with them. But I'm actually surprised it hadn't happened sooner, as Salzman and Schwartz really have a lot of the same tastes in music: really gross dissonant modern stuff. Not saying that I don't like modern; I mean, come on, I have to, I want to be a film composer, but this is stuff that is just clashing around a lot. Anyways...
I also have the CF Walk on Sunday. I feel bad cause I haven't raised like ANY money for it, but that's okay, I'll just put some in and have my parents donate some. I feel bad asking my friends for money, especially cause we are so poor as it is, as basically none of us have jobs. I also think I need to go home one day this weekend to drop off applications at places, which I don't really want to do, cause then that means I have to put effort into my appearance to look all professional...maybe it's just cause I'm tired right now, cause I do like dressing up a little normally! I need to beat all these people who are already done with school to get jobs!
I want to go see the DaVinci Code with Sari tonight, but I also want to hang out with Trevor...:) We'll see what ends up happening, cause I know Sari would understand, but I also know Trevor would too. After we went to the movie we might hang out with Jaellah, so that would be fun, but I have had a lot of girl time recently (not that I'm sick of it cause I love my girls, lol!) but I can't really use that as an excuse and I'm always so busy so I don't really get to see Trevor for extended amounts of time. Cause when I'm doing hw and stuff, I'm with one of my girls a lot of the time, so it's like multi-tasking! Anyways, I think I'm going to go rest soon, cause I'm TIRED!
