Welcome back to the world of Aly!
WOW. So it's been since... February... since I updated this. Huh. Time sure goes by fast now adays, doesn't it? One day, you wake up, and it's all like, "*BAM* ....HI IT'S JUNE ALREADY/ALMOST JULY." Crazy how fast time flies.
I have really nothing much to post. Been laid off since March, and lemme tell you two things; the economy sucks, and being unemployed is really, really boring. I've sent out, I kid you not, about a hundred resumes, called places, and nothing. I was actually told I was over qualified to work at a gas station. Really awesome, not going to lie. Except not really.
SO, what has Aly been doing with her time? TRAVELING! :D Getting to do things that I wouldn't normally get to do otherwise! Going to Disneyland, Yosemite, San Francisco, visiting my extended family in upstate New York... and, of course, visiting my bestest best bud Kim in Philadelphia, from which I just returned. She's my BFF! >.> ...inside joke. Lawl.
Life happens, you know? Not everything is going to be sunshine and roses all of the time. There are going to be rough spots, and you just have to make the best of them, and believe that somehow, somewhere, life will get better.
And now on Thursday, I'm driving back to Rochester for Jayme's bridal shower. I can't believe that my oldest friend, since third grade, is getting married in October. :\ AHH. Although I'm really quite sick of driving at this point. Atleast I get a few days to recover. Note the few part.
Hunger has taken me over now, so I must find something to eat. THERE IS MY UPDATE! Just to break my... four month... hiatus.
