Looking for Beta Readers
I am looking for beta readers for my work in progress, working title "The Belated Mommy Diaries (Now with Kung Fu Action Grip)." The work will consist of writings and poems about raising KFP for these first 5 years.
If you are interested, let me know! Tell me how many essays or poems you'd like to read (they are all under about 2,000 words -- fewer than 100 lines for poems -- since they were mostly written for online consumption). Keep in mind: most of these are still in a draft state, and I am well aware that there are many gaps and problems. What I'm looking for are suggestions of the best way to begin revising them so that they can be accessible to a fairly large swath of parents/caregivers/aunts/uncles, etc. :) This is why I am looking for feedback from everyone, not just people who consider themselves to be professional writers/poets/editors.
