I'm very happy- both of those girls were great, but Candace stepped up and outshined everyone in the last couple of weeks.

Finale was a lot of fun to watch too, so that was a plus!

I agree! Some fans were grousing that there wasn't higher star power, but when you've got judges who are musicians, it makes sense to have them perform (though, notably, Nicki Minaj sat it out). The only thing lacking was that I expected them to bring all the past winners and finalists who were in the audience up onstage to give a proper good-bye to Randy. He deserved it.
