Today, I was reading an independent newspaper, and they're doing a special issue about the "Mubarak generation"; those of us who were born in 1981 or after, meaning during Mubarak's presidency. Really interesting and depressing issue. I was struck by a statistic:
88% of young people between 18 and 27 years old want to emigrate out of Egypt, mostly to find good jobs.
